His love for helping families
Ethan made sure we were making competitive offers each time even with our FHA loan. We got denied several times but not once did Ethan lose hope for us. He would give us another list of homes to see for the following weekend, never complained with the (many) offers he had to create, and was very energetic each morning to show us homes. This man will get down and dirty when needed as he helped us with the inspection (we had to paint over chipped paint) and will get into any nook and cranny of the home with you.
